Synowelt is an IT consulting company based in Bulgaria, founded by Vladimir Dimitrov — an experienced business automation and AI expert with 17 years of industry experience around the world, gained across many different types of organisations.

I'm someone who loves solving complex problems. Over time I realised that the greatest value in IT isn't the technology itself, but how it helps people and businesses work smarter. That's why I focus on Artificial Intelligence and Automation — they have the power to remove the unnecessary, speed up what matters, and free up time for real value.
I have 17 years of professional experience — 11 of them in IT. I've worked in 5 countries and encountered processes, teams and businesses across very different environments and cultures. I help businesses turn artificial intelligence from an idea into a working tool.
